TERMS AND CONDITIONS About our prints Britannia Arts produces the highest quality Giclee prints, printed on acid free archival fine art media, using Epson Ultrachrome K3 Inks, and mounted on acid free archival board. All of our limited editions contain the artist signature and come with a numbered authenticity certificate. Accuracy of product colours Due to variations in lighting conditions and/or settings on your own computer, there may be a small difference between the colour of any items that you receive and how they may appear online. We therefore, cannot guarantee that the product you receive will exactly match the on-screen depiction. Order online We offer 24hr on-line ordering through our website. To order a product, simply ensure your product options are correct and click the 'add to cart' button. You will then be asked if you would like to process the order or continue shopping. Click continue shopping if you wish to order more than one product. After you have completed your online shopping order you will automatically be sent an order confirmation by email. Orders outside the UK Currently we only ship to addresses within the UK for orders placed on our website. Payment We accept all major credit and debit cards. These include Mastercard, Visa, Switch, Solo, JCB or Maestro.  We shall have the right to refuse or cancel any order submitted whether or not the order has been confirmed. If your payment has already been processed and we subsequently cancel your order, we will immediately issue a refund for the full value of the amount processed. Price All prices are displayed in Pounds sterling and are inclusive of VAT (Value Added Tax). All prices displayed are exclusive of shipping and handling, unless otherwise stated. Cancellation policy Cancellations are only accepted if the customer phones our customer services on 01305 826890 to obtain a cancellation number. A cancellation number can only be obtained before the order has been dispatched. If your order has been dispatched prior to the cancellation, the return procedure as defined below in the DELIVERY POLICY and RETURNS POLICY will apply. If the procedure is not respected, the order will be considered valid and the customer will remain liable for the full payment. Delivery All orders are dispatched via 1st class signed for delivery. Most items are dispatched within 5 working days from orders being received. Although we will endeavour to dispatch all orders within 2 days, we will notify you by email of the estimated delivery date. Please be aware before signing for your delivery, it is your responsibility to check all items received are the correct item(s) that you have ordered and that they are without any damage. Should you receive any incorrect or damaged goods please re-pack and seal the item(s) in its original packaging and inform the delivery driver on what grounds you are refusing the delivery and that you wish the goods to be returned to Britannia Arts. Returns policy Should you refuse delivery of any goods please contact Britannia Arts by calling our customer services number on 01305 826890 within 24 hours to inform us of your reasons for refusing the goods, upon receiving the returned item(s) we will gladly carry out a replacement for damaged or incorrectly delivered goods. If we are unable to offer a replacement (ie: end of line goods) we will offer a full refund or an alternative item of your choice of equal value, please remember this policy only applies if the: Item was received damaged Incorrect item was shipped All refunds will be processed within 30 days from when we receive the returned goods. However, we are usually able to issue refunds within 5 - 7 working days from when the goods have been returned. Damaged goods If it is agreed that the goods have been delivered damaged we will offer you a replacement. Security Britannia Arts Ltd take's every precaution to ensure all of your details are kept strictly confidential, all credit card details are taken via Protx secure SSL (Secure Socket Layer) 128 bit encryption and for extra safety no credit card details are stored on-site. Your browser will confirm that you are shopping in a secure environment by showing either a locked padlock icon or an image of a key. Law These terms and conditions are governed and shall be interpreted in accordance with UK law. If any part of these terms and conditions shall be found to be unlawful it shall not affect the validity or enforceability of the remainder of the conditions.
